What is affiliate marketing ?  Simply stated, it is affiliating yourself with a known brand company and marketing their brand and products,  How can you profit from affiliate marketing ?  To start with, you do not have any upfront cost. The company you are affiliating with has already done most of the work for you. They have "branded" their name. They already have a line of products for you to sell. All you have to do is scroll to the bottom of their page, click on the ink that says "affiliate". Fill out the required information ,  get your affiliate link. Start selling. Sounds easy, right? Not so fast, though.

The hard part is yet to come. Where do I market their products?  Pretty much anywhere your little fingers want to put the advertisement. For most beginners, the simplest way is through email marketing. What is "email marketing"? Email marketing is sending the same advertisement to multiple emails at one time. With the right platform, it is not uncommon to email the same ad to hundreds of thousands of potential buyers at one time. Where do I get an email list that extensive? The best part of that question is that there are so many companies that have already done that for  you. Most of these companies are free to sign up and use.

Adcheiver mailer.  is one of my favorites. It truly is "free" to sign up and use. If you click the link I posted at the front of this sentence, you can sign up or just browse to see what it is all about. I have used Adcheiver for over two years. Adcheiver sends you a specified amount of emails to the inbox of your choosing. Once you open the emails, simply scroll through the page till you get to the link that tells you to click for viewing this email. A new window will open with an advertisement that you view for 15 to 20 seconds and you receive mailer credits which you can use to send out your own email advertisement. Go to a company of our choosing, sign up as an affiliate, copy your affiliate link, paste in an advertisement, press send. It's that simple. You will send your email ad to thousands at the push of a button. The more emails you read, the more credits you will receive. All of this at absolutely no cost to you.

Once you get "branded", you can starrt posting ads to your own websites, such as Facebook, twitter, instagram, Youtube,and the list is endless. How do you do that?

I said yesterday I would make it a point to start staying on top of this. My topic today is, everyone is always asking me, "How do you do that?" This is in reference to how I do some of the things I do while I'm blind. I do it the same way anyone else does it. So I can't see. It's really common sense.  The only thing I have noticed since losing my vision is that you have to think of every action before you do anything. I don't understand people's philosophy these days. I agree, losing your sight is a horrible event. It doesn't mean life has to be over. For me it is far from over. Here is my dream. One day, no person will lose their life due to tornadoes, high winds, flood, forest fire, or any thing Mother Nature throws out there. Common sense approach to online marketing.

Hello friends. Okay, yesterday I let the "cat out of the bag". I am trying to educate myself about online marketing. It is a very slow go. I already know why, though, do you? Which do you think would be more sensible; a company of people all doing their own individual things to accomplish one common goal, or, a company of people all working hand in hand to accomplish one common goal? Give up? I think you all know the answer to that one. Every ad I receive is the same ad just a different sender. What in the world are you all thinking? Do you honestly think that any of us can be successful this way? If you think this, you are only making a fool of yourself.
